Kerry is a College Director responsible for learning, teaching and quality enhancement for the Schools of Business, Psychology and Sport. Working closely with heads of Schools and senior management teams Kerry leads and supports the implementation of ºüÀêÊÓƵ strategy, regulations and policy related to learning, teaching and quality management across the College. She supports curriculum development to positively influence student outcomes, satisfaction and engagement alongside championing and disseminating established best practice. Kerry also leads on teaching-related reward and recognition across the College and is Co-Director for ºüÀêÊÓƵ of Worcester Teaching Award Scheme and Co-Director for the Worcester Scheme for HEA Fellowship.   

In 2015, Kerry became a ºüÀêÊÓƵ of Worcester Teaching Fellow for excellence in learning and teaching, and achieved the award of Senior Fellow HEA in recognition of her leadership of learning and teaching in Higher Education. Her research interests are in professional risk-taking, professional development for early career teachers and narrative inquiry.
