Thomas is part-time DBA student in the Worcester Business School at the ºüÀêÊÓƵ of Worcester.
Thomas main research interest is in the area of transformation of small and medium entities into self-managed organizations. His qualitative research project focuses on gaining knowledge by collecting data from business owners in the German small and medium entities sector.
Thomas is a member of the Sustainable Organisations Research Group.
His supervisors are Professor Dr. Robin Bell and Dr. Vessela Warren
Prior to commencing his DBA, Thomas gained several years of experience in various management position and as Owner, CEO and president of an international group. He studied mechanical engineering (B.Sc.) and holds a master in automobile engineering (M.Sc.) and a master of laws (LL.M.).
