Professional courses
Leading to Excellence
Our Leading to Excellence programme is an accredited CPD framework applicable to all management levels from supervisor to Chief Executive. We are the only course provider to offer you professional accreditation on successful completion of a Leading to Excellence course. The Leading to Excellence consists of a variety of modules, delivered using a combination of group work, simulation, case studies, high impact presentations, and supported by online resources. The courses focus upon application, with real world scenarios, underpinned with academic rigour, and can lead to nationally recognised Leadership and Management qualifications, up to MBA Level.
Our first level courses are the ºüÀêÊÓƵ Certificate in Developing Team Leaders and the ºüÀêÊÓƵ Diploma in Leadership and Management (UDLM).
The next level allows the opportunity to achieve a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership & Management, and Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership & Management.
The next level offers the opportunity to achieve an MBA in Executive Leadership & Management Our MBA, either full-time or part time is designed to combine the reality of industry with robust academic thinking to enhance both your own career and the strategies, operations and performance of your entire business. Because our MBA builds upon the UDLM and the PG qualifications, at the end of each year of the MBA, delegates can update their CV with a qualification as they progress through the course.
